Receivo Business Philippines – Aliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Receivo Business Philippines Aliate Program. By registering and participating in this program, you (“Aliate”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Description
Receivo Business Philippines provides Spend Management Services through a mobile app subscription. Aliates may subscribe to use and promote the app and earn commissions through referrals and product sales.
1.2 Subscription Plans
Aliates can choose from various subscription plans, each with specifc setup and maintenance fees as outlined in the BMI Group Business Plan.
1.3 Independent Contractor
Aliates are considered independent contractors. This agreement does not create an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Receivo Business Philippines or BMI Group.
2.1 Fees
Yearly Setup Fee: As per ocial business plan
Monthly Maintenance Fee: As per ocial business plan
All fees are non-refundable unless specifed otherwise by BMI Group.
2.2 Failure to Pay
Failure to pay fees will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions. Non-payment beyond 5 working days may lead to permanent termination.
3.1 Eligibility & Payouts
Commissions are based on sales and referrals. Payouts are issued weekly, subject to tax and processing deductions.
3.2 Payment Methods
Approved methods include bank transfer, digital wallet, or other BMI-specifed channels. Aliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
3.3 Benefciary Assignment
Aliates may assign one or more benefciaries to receive their earnings in case of inactivity or exit from the program. A written declaration is required.
3.4 Suspension Impact
During fee-related suspensions, commission payments will be withheld until dues are cleared.
4.1 Company Policies
Aliates must adhere to all policies, guidelines, and relevant laws.
4.2 Unethical Conduct
Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices—including false claims—will result in termination.
4.3 Respect & Professionalism
Aliates must engage respectfully with peers, employees, and the public.
4.4 Reputation Management
Harmful or defamatory content about the company may lead to termination.
4.5 Legal Compliance
Aliates must comply with all local and international laws. Illegal acts such as fraud or money laundering are grounds for legal action and account termination.
5.1 Grounds for Action
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
Non-payment of fees
Policy violations
Fraud or unethical behavior
Disruptive or disrespectful conduct
Public damage to company reputation
Illegal activities
5.2 Suspension Process
Suspensions will be investigated within 30 days. Access to the account and commissions is restricted during this time.
5.3 Termination
Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all earnings and benefts.
Aliates are individually responsible for their tax liabilities. Receivo Business Philippines may deduct applicable taxes or fees before payouts, as required by law.
7.Tax Withholding Savings Platform
Aliates may opt into a tax management platform where a portion of earnings is automatically withheld and managed by a tax service provider.

Ensures compliance and saves time on tax flings
Receivo Business Philippines is not liable for income loss due to suspension, termination, or non-compliance. Aliates waive any legal claims against the company related to participation.
Receivo Business Philippines reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or the ocial website.
